Goals

The course aims to train in the food&beverage sector and in the restaurant management.

ITS believes that this sector represents a strong competitive advantage for Italian hospitality industry. However, the classical skills and job titles have to face with the new challanges in terms of quality, cost control, changes in the markets needs, communication, research of typical food, etc.

In particular, the course offers competences in management and communication and marketing, but also knowledg of the main products for Italy and skills for the practice in bar and restaurant .

Two years, four semesters, for a total of 2000 hours
1040 hours of lectures, workshops and project work
960 hours internships
Average week of 28 hours of lessons and 40 hours when on internships.
