The two-year course aims to provide all the necessary skills in the following areas:

ITS Turismo aims to train students to become:
  • professionals in wine hospitality capable of developing their own hospitality offer in wine cellars or estates;

  • food & beverage department operators in hospitality companies;

  • restaurant managers (chain restaurants, wine bars, etc.), managers of banqueting and event agencies;

  • airport and cruise catering operators;

  • experts in communication and food and wine tourism;

  • hospitality and marketing operators in manufacturing companies.

The training provided by ITS will also enable students to operate efficiently in independent catering companies.

Allocation of University Credits (up to 69 university credits)

LES ROCHES
Allocation of credits in order to access the Bachelor’s Degree course in Business Administration in Global Hospitality Management (new graduates with under two years of experience).
Allocation of credits and years of work for assisted access to the Master’s in Business Administration in Global Hospitality Management (graduates with more than two years of experience).
